Our fast-expanding company requires an excellent team of 55 very skilled Self Employed, very experienced commission-based Telesales Staff – plus two exceptional Sales Team Leaders – also commission based. Skilled applicants can earn up to £100,800k plus per annum.

For Telesales staff who have additional sufficient skills – there is also available the obtaining of Financial Sponsorship of our jobs website – asking for an amount of £1.5 million and upwards – we offer a good commission rate of 15% on all successful sales made.

These positions are permanent. References and details of past experiences are required to be sent.

Your assignment will be to successfully sell advertising spaces to Staff Recruiters and Employers to place all their continual Staff vacancies onto our successful, exciting, quality and outstanding Jobs website.

Each candidate’s target is to obtain, over a period of time, at least 2,500 companies within Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Jersey C.I. and Guernsey C.I. and then to be able to obtain successful sales from clients abroad. Further details on the Financial Sponsorship will be given.

The following are details of the excellent commission rate paid plus further skills and duties required.

  • You will be given the great opportunity of offering to these many clients full access to our Jobs website for a period of 15 x months for just paying a one-off fee of £3,600.0 (plus VAT). For each successful client that the sales staff secures we offer an excellent guaranteed commission payment of 14% of this amount. Sales Managers will receive 16%. (excluding VAT).
  • A one-day Sales Training Seminar will be given to acquire product knowledge of our Jobs website and company, this will be held in a local hotel based in Kent and expenses will be paid. For those candidates that cannot attend in person, on-the-job telephone training will be given.
  • Each candidate must have their own separate mobile which can be used for outbound calls. We will pay for all business calls by using Talk Mobile sim cards.
  • Applicants must also be successful in closing all sales deals and have the ability to make serious money for themselves and our company as well as being target driven and ambitious.
  • You’ll be working from home with flexible working hours available. Candidates must have a flexible approach to their work and keep accurate records of all calls made and all sales achieved.
  • You’ll need a working computer in order to email all necessary information to potential clients.
  • Experience in cold calling Key Leads is essential but you must also have the motivation to find additional good and relevant leads.
  • A good, clear, confident, and engaging telephone manner is a must and always enthusiastic and excited about our website which you will be selling.
