To assist with our continued company growth, we are looking for well-established Sales Agents to join us in expanding our reach throughout the UK and beyond.
The Sales Agents will be self-motivated, resilient, and driven to achieve high rewards and seek out new clients with our range of offerings with a real desire to build a significant recurring income. A proven history of growing sales particularly in the Telecommunications sector would be highly desirable along with a background of sales will be a distinct advantage.
Training on our Products and Solutions will be provided on-site when starting to ensure the Sales Agents are fully equipped and confident to win new business. The Sales Agents will be further supported by a suite of sales and marketing collateral, including product and solution overviews, as well as a simplified order and on-boarding sales process with documented price lists. Further ongoing support will also be provided with a dedicated Sales Support team and optional attendance at the Monthly Sales meetings with mandatory attendance required at the Quarterly Sales meeting.
An excellent commission structure is on offer for our Agents dependant on how involved the Agent wants to be. For Agents looking to take on the account management and handle the whole delivery process we are offering a sector best ongoing monthly commission of 40%.
Agents making the introduction to a successful sale will receive a recurring 15% commission (minimum 24 months) and we would undertake the sale proposal and the development and delivery of the service.
A typical monthly mobile account at £1500, would see a yield to the agent of £200 per month profit for a fully managed account and £75 per month introduction only.
