Our freelance Business Development partners will engage with independent hoteliers across the UK with the objective to sign them up with OYO.

We are looking for BDAs throughout the UK; areas will be allocated based on Agents’ postcode.
We want to talk to hungry, motivated, results-driven entrepreneurs with a proven track record in face-to-face B2B agency sales, preferably within the hospitality or lettings industry - although not essential. You will be a hungry self-starter with the drive and ambition to partner with and grow your own business alongside one of the world’s fastest growing and most innovative hotel brands.
OYO’s Business Development Agents will have support from our highly experienced in-house teams. By leaning on this they can focus on networking, generating leads, meeting owners, and building relationships. Oh - and we’ll provide you with support to get set up and a great commission package too.
This position will be a good fit for you if you are a highly motivated self-starter and entrepreneur with a competitive edge, you have enterprise sales experience with the ability to quickly learn and adapt and you have good commercial acumen and can spot opportunities and negotiate.
You need to be passionate about hospitality and interested in innovative technology
Commission will be 50% of the total actualised cash CM generated from the first 6 months of the property going live. A proportion of this will be paid as an upfront payment on the hotel going live for OYO UK.
