As a business we have taken the responsibility for how our product is sold and have introduced Sales Agreements to ensure our brand and product values are kept high and our showroom customers have the benefit of protected margins and keeping their quotes in store.
There is a tremendous amount of growth available not only in the bathroom and kitchen industry but also with architects and interior designers.
As well as making and stocking our current product range our bespoke manufacturing and painting services are seeing a surge in demand for specials that no-one else can currently supply. We are not the largest manufacturer in the UK, but we aim to be the best. Our core values ensure that to date we have never lost a customer and our products are truly trouble free, straight forward and benefit everyone in the supply chain.
We want to work closely with those customers who respect these values and want to get the same out of the relationship. To provide this level of face to face support we are looking for Agents who fit our brand values and want to implement them in their relationship with the customer.
We are looking for Agents throughout the UK with the exception of the North West of England.
Agents who are currently calling on the bathroom or kitchen sector will find this a great addition to their portfolio but the most important attribute we are looking for is an Agent who shares our ethos and values, for us “customer service” isn’t a slogan; it’s a way of life.
All our customers are our friends so the right person is more important than experience.
It’s all about providing a face to face visit every 3-6 months and capturing our performance, feedback, learning what our customers want and building the relationship.
This role would also suit someone who wants to engage part time to fit in with other personal commitments.
We have built a commission structure that takes into account sales to existing customers, opening new accounts and sales of our exciting new Zack range of stainless steel accessories. We can provide interested Agents with detailed information on the current and potential income for their specific geographical area.
