Jonathon Bray is a consulting company to law firms in England and Wales. Our primary services are compliance-related. We become a core part of our law firm customers' business, often working with them closely for many years. We become their outsourced compliance team. The value we provide is regulatory expertise, cost certainty and peace of mind.
The next phase of growth requires a proactive approach to sales. Our Agents will need to prospect for the most suitable leads, connect with them professionally and qualify them.
You will need to be able to empathise with their pain points and demonstrate how our solution can improve their practice. You will not be expected to close all sales - you will receive the credit just by setting up the meeting with a qualified lead. We can do the rest.
The Agent is paid as soon as the client signs the contract. In addition, we have a range of down-sells that the Agent can use.
We are seeking Agents to cover England and Wales.
Agents will need to be professional and trustworthy. Previous sales experience in a professional services sector would be a desirable. You will need to know how to identify the decision makers, or decision influencers, without getting caught by the gatekeepers.

For compliance retainer services, the agent receives 10% of the annual retainer in year 1, with residual payments in year 2 and beyond. You will continue to receive annual commission as long as the client stays with us. For other projects and fixed fee products there is a one off payment of 10% of the total project. There is a genuine opportunity for motivated Agents to earn in excess of £60k per annum.
